Disappointing Protein Smoothie

I recently tried this Sports Nutrition protein shake hoping for better muscle recovery but was thoroughly let down. While the taste was decent the protein content was low and the price was too high for the small amount. This product may be better suited for someone looking for a quick snack rather than a serious health and household protein supplement..
