Okay, I have to change my rating a little because Oubang has great customer service. After returning the controller and leaving my initial feedback, I was emailed a new controller. The controller I received, the sticks are still a little finicky which is to be expected from a controller in this price range but they weren't as bad as the first controller they sent me. I still won't be using this controller regularly, but it's a good backup controller or controller for young kids, which is what I plan to do with it. But the customer service is great! I added 2 stars to my original rating. Too bad I had to return this controller. Aside from the sticks, the controller is excellent. I can't comment on the battery life as I only tried using it for about an hour before realizing it just wasn't working for me. Literally everything else in the controller is good for the money, except for the sticks. You're so ridiculously unpredictable. Push to the side, too sensitive. Press different, not sensitive enough. A different way and it reacts very differently on screen than expected. Any game that requires some semblance of stick precision renders this controller useless. As I said, a pity, because otherwise a good controller would be spoiled by a major defect.
