That's great, but be aware they don't cut plastic. I've tried opening a bag of lettuce but they just won't do it. They're great for all the veggies I've been trying to cut up :). I'm a bit disappointed with the way they cut meat (chicken), they work but not as easily as my old kitchen shears.
