We have been using outmarket for about 6 months now, but we are still learning how it can be used effectively in our business as well! They really do listen when you provide feedback (which is something that many companies don't).
I would like more automation of tasks between users; especially with email campaigns/automated drip emails etc - this could help save time & resources too :) Great platform though!! You're not going wrong by signing up here either way haha ;) Our main goal has always just come down from providing great customer support at all times via phone or chat / screen sharing apps such us Zoom which allows real-time communication without having someone physically present where required e..g if they live overseas?
