It was simple to set up and use in real-time. The interface is very easy for customers who are not technical computer users to read through, understand and complete. I also like that it gives me detailed reports of what my customer's are reviewing so we can work together on any issues they may be having before someone posts publically through various channels. At this time, ReviewBox is doing everything the right way - no complaints here :) You will enjoy using it if you have lots of feedback coming in! They're always improving it too. Not many concerns here :) Give them an opportunity and give it a try. This helps ensure there isn't anything bad being said about you or what you're marketing out front online without letting people know about it first. I like that it is easy to navigate through the website, and also that they are always updating new features for the customers. The customer service can be improved at times but overall this software has been very helpful in my work life! It helps me keep up-to date with all of our products online, as well as giving me an outlet to write reviews about them.
