Review on Mealthy CrispLid Pressure Cooker NEW by Jeff Westra

I haven't been this excited about a kitchen appliance since I bought my first food processor over twenty years ago. Crisplid actually works better than advertised. It turned out amazingly crispy chicken (wings, legs and thighs) with no additions other than seasoning. So far I have also cooked stuffed mushrooms and French fries and everything has turned out excellent. I have an 8 liter Instant Pot Ultra and I kicked myself for not buying a model with a fryer but no more. The ability to see food through the glass lid allows chefs who love really crispy/roasted food to stop cooking at just the right moment without burning anything. This fully satisfies my passion for control and also removes the need to guess when the food will be ready. As it cooks, I love seeing the orange glow of the food being cooked. It looks like a pot of gold. It's a beautiful sight. I was concerned that the lid would turn on when it's not on the device if the handle is accidentally dropped, but that won't happen because you actually have to press the start button to start it up. Besides, it's not. don't heat the kitchen. I live in a house without central air conditioning and live in the south. My kitchen gets terribly hot when I use the stove and oven. I used the crispy lid for over an hour straight and the kitchen stayed perfectly cool. Customer service is also excellent. When I received the car, the basket had a problem. I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced the basket with no questions asked. I'm honestly very happy with this purchase. I was so impressed that I bought it for my son. If there are cons, then I have not found them yet and have used them at least a dozen times. The device is high quality and the best I have bought in recent years. The tongs that come with it are really good, as is the silicone mat. This machine has completely changed the way I cook in the future.
