I've had an Xbox One since original launch and one of the controllers eventually started to disappear (the L joystick kept moving in one direction even though it wasn't moving in that direction ) Direction). I bought this controller from Revain for a $10 discount for Prime members and it works and plays as intended. This new controller seems to be a bit heavier than the ones I had on launch day. I like the slightly textured surface on the newer models compared to the very smooth surface on the older models. Yes, it comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom. All in all it does what it should and is worth the money!
