Very bad product. Time to spread the word.
The first one was broken so we sent it back following their instructions. Got a new one and broke the second time I wore it. I have contacted the company for a refund instead of a replacement and am waiting 40 days. If I can't find anyone to give me my money back, I'll go to the top tier. I think that's rubbish!
