Disappointed with this poorly designed junk - opened in the washing machine on first use!
The day they arrived, I put my favorite hats in them and sent them to the delicates. When the laundry finished, I was surprised to find that both frames were separated and my hats were dangling in the tub of the washing machine. I remember my grandma bought me a similar product in the early 90's but it actually worked and lasted at least ten years. To use them I have to secure them with zip ties, an extra step that is tiring. So if you care about your hats (which you probably do, otherwise you wouldn't be buying frames to wash your hats) look for a different style, not just one brand, since all that Chinese junk is made and sold in one place is sold under the brand name. A hundred different names.
