Initially I was concerned that I would not be able to get this product to work properly as I have been using people for 10 years in a row, but after some perseverance and practice they work very well. Patience is the key for beginners. The only problem I found was that I had some difficulty getting the end magnets to fit properly. I'm still not sure what I did wrong. These eyelash bands have 5 magnets so they sit snugly on the lid. This liquid magnetic insert worked better than any other I've tried.
