The biggest problem was; whether True Image cartridges meet OEM installation and performance, including image quality. They do. My original set contained a defective CYAN cartridge which True Image promptly replaced and now it works as intended. My experience so far is low and I am very happy with the customer service and the toner cartridges. I will provide additional updates as my experience with True Image cartridges changes.
