Worked fine for me.
I liked that better than the sticky white stripes and I find the product works better. It didn't irritate my teeth or gums. Just make sure the gel doesn't get behind the mouthpiece, as that's pretty annoying. The benefit is that it only takes 10 minutes instead of 30 like the strips (the lights go out too so you don't need a timer). After four uses my teeth were naturally white instead of bright white, but I prefer that. However, if your teeth were originally darker than mine, you may need additional applications to lighten them.
