The fabric is like vinyl and I'm sure the hat counts.
I can't believe all the 5 star reviews this hat has received. Although the colors change as advertised, the hat was made very cheaply. The fabric looks like vinyl and I'm pretty sure the brim of the hat is regular cardboard. My son loves it, let's see how long it lasts. The seams are getting a little thin and he's only worn them 3 times. The D-Backs cap I bought for only $3 more was of a much higher quality.
