Lotion NOT cream or balm
This is a lotion, not a cream or balm. The consistency is too liquid for both. The water in the lotion needs to evaporate a bit before my skin feels any moisturizing or protective effect. Washable with as little water as possible. Not to mention creams or balms, there are other lotions that work better than this one.
