I agree with the comments below - the first acquaintance with this baby is surprising and delightful. How is it even possible to sound so cool at such sizes! Respect to the engineers, creators of Bose acoustics. I will add that for juicy bass, the speaker itself must stand on a hard surface - a table, kitchen worktop or floor. If you raise the speaker, the bass partly goes away. In other words, the surface on which the speakers stand is an integral part of the system.
