It dries towels which I really need in this humid climate. Unfortunately it has too many bad features for the price. there was almost nothing left of it. I picked it up at the post office and all I could see was a rack with pieces of cardboard hanging from it. The corners of the "box" were missing. The box was like paper so the product came with scratches and damage on the corners. The mounting hardware is terrible. The mounting screws aren't long enough to go through the drywall to the stand, causing the screws to break out of the wall before you can get them in. It doesn't have a hardened black finish like enamel or anything permanent. This is a thin black paint that slides off very easily. For this price I expect a little better quality. Luckily, assembly is easy and the instructions work well with pictures. Good, because whoever wrote the instructions in English obviously doesn't speak English. I expect better quality for this price so here's another one coming back to China.
