Insoles not glued well

My son loved the look and fit of the shoe. He carried her from home to the lake, got into a kayak, swam for two hours, then went out and got into a truck. When he got into the truck, the insole was crumpled under his foot. Terrible glue to fix the insole. Returned the next day.
