Anyone who tells you it doesn't hurt is a dirty liar. I can't even describe what it's like, but then again I have a normal pain tolerance. If you don't find it painful, you shouldn't have nerve endings. I take 4-200 mg ibuprofen, wait 1 hour and then use it in the shower. It does a great job and the meds reduce the pain significantly. I only use it on my legs and can't imagine using it on my bikini line. I would recommend it easily, but you have to know what you're getting yourself into.
