Review on 📁 HornetTek USB 3.0 Dual Bay 2.5" HDD / SDD Enclosure with RAID 0 and RAID 1 for Notebook Size HDDs by Andre Parsons

Installation was fairly easy as two drives were used to implement Raid 0. It works, but is incredibly slow. The writing speed when testing the BlackMagic drive is in the range of 10 MB per second. It took three days to back up 4TB of data. Right now it's too slow to be useful. Edit: OK, did a longer test and took a screenshot of the results. No response from HornetTex support. Anyone else having this problem? I just got a bad case? Do I need to contact Revain for an exchange? Edit 3: Contacted Revain, they sent a new attachment. Same painfully slow performance. Maybe JBOD or Raid 1 is acceptable, but Raid 0 is not. Still no response from HornetTek support so I think they are aware of the issue. The second screenshot shows the performance of the "new" cases. Must look for something that offers better support/speed.
