These earrings are very cute, from a distance they are definitely a bit thinner, they just look like massive golden hugs. On closer inspection (when someone breaks 6ft social distancing lol) you can see they are little hearts and they are quite adorable. I was concerned they wouldn't snap properly into the latch as mentioned in a previous review, but mine were secure and snapped into place with no issues. However, the preview images in the listing do mention that the silver is soft, so you can always bend it in place if needed. They are so adorable that I want to buy a rose gold pair and I hope you buy the star shape too!
