This liner is great, it feels soft and not plasticy. The zipper along the side and feet are nice too, feels like a quality zipper and it's sewn well. It's a 2 way zipper. I think this will be great for keeping your sleeping bag clean and you a little warmer when it's cold. In the summer, I think I can just use this liner and perhaps a lightweight blanket and be perfectly comfortable.The pillow holder won't fully cover a regular size pillow, but it would help keep pillow in place. Maybe you could use the pillow cover as a hood if needed? The size is comfortable for me. I wear clothes size xl in women's and I feel like I have plenty of room in this liner.The cons: the zipper is super bulky, and there is a seam running down the back middle.
