I have an Acer Switch Alpha 12 (Surface Clone) that I've been trying to figure out a way to add two extra monitors to for a year or two. I bought several products that didn't work or only worked for a few days. This product worked right out of the box and allowed me to add a Dell 3218 NH monitor and a Samsung 40 inch LCD TV. This allowed me to stream and work on spreadsheets at the same time. June 5, 2019 I've had this device since April and it was working fine until the Windows 10 May update I can no longer support 2 external monitors on it. It charges my Acer perfectly and the mouse button works too. Using a plain UNI USB-C to HDMI output allows me to get an external monitor, so USB-C works fine, but something is wrong with the Cable Matters dual-monitor USB-C hub. I checked if they have drivers to update but they don't have any. This device needs to be updated or, if drivers are required, Cable Matters needs to notify its customers and release new drivers. One star from me as it doesn't match what I bought it for.
