It doesn't matter how satisfactory the other attributes of this laptop bag are. It was designed to open unlike all pockets. So you take this bag and think it's closed until you realize that the bottom is very open since the zipper comes from the bottom and not the top. So my personal laptop fell out and cost $450 to fix and my work laptop fell out of my pocket at least twice but not bad enough to do any real damage. Bye. I'm happy for everyone who hasn't had this issue, but I need to reset it.
