It had all the features of the heavier pack and deep pockets for water bottles. Plenty of space both front and front and the pocket you can carry it in turns into a large inner pocket. It's also stronger than I expected. I wouldn't carry too much weight in it, but my laptop, gym clothes, and running shoes don't seem all that good for it. I wouldn't gain weight regularly. The bag doesn't add to your weight as it's so light all my backpacks are heavy on their own. As for waterproofing, water won't harm the bag, but everything inside will get wet. And something wet inside will flow out.
