Ordered an Ooma+HD3 base unit. The phone went into a boot loop trying to complete a required update and then hung for more than 24 hours. I called customer service and asked for a replacement HD3 phone and they fought with me EVERY WAY. Tried to tell me it was Revane's problem, not hers. He argues with me that everything is fine with the tube. Made me do all sorts of obstacles and tires before finally giving up and sending in a replacement HD3. Honestly I can't tell you how well this device works as I've had it for over a week now and have never used it. beautiful. but Ooma already billed me, they take care of it quickly. If you buy one you better hope nothing ever happens to you or I expect you'll be on your own without Oom's help.
