I spent quite a bit of time looking for a kennel for my son's dog. He is in college and needs a strong kennel for his pup. I was looking forward to the birth as the pup had escaped normal cages and had recently started eating pillows on the couch so this kennel was a welcome rescue. However, when he began assembling the kennel, NO HOLE was drilled in the top rear right wall, so no screw could be installed through the top panel to attach the back to the top. This wouldn't be a problem if he were at home where we have the tools to fix the lack of quality control but as I mentioned he is in a dorm and doesn't have the tools! So upset and disappointed! UPDATE: Support contacted me today and offered to send a new box. They also addressed the quality issue, saying they would consider tighter quality controls. I'm very happy with this resolution, so I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.
