Based on some of the reviews I was almost afraid to order it but I'm happy to say it's ok and a great price compared to other sets. I mainly use it for mailboxes. Many people complain that the tape isn't sticking to their boxes and then post photos showing they just finished taped the side of the box. When sealing a box with tape, I make sure to do everything in at least one direction so the tape will stick to itself, as I've found in my experience that no cardboard will help the tape stick securely to it. It's better not to risk it. I bought this to replace my previous scotch packing tape which was also included and lasted a couple of years before running out. This new version is definitely not as thick as the previous one, but good enough that the end stays on the plastic tabs and doesn't flap around on its own, which is very important to me as there's nothing more annoying than having to try the end of each one times when you use it!
