This SSD is very easy to install! I'm 56 years old and I've never done anything like this before. I think it's very important to line up all your ducks before starting this process if you've never done this before. It creates a bootable USB drive of your operating system, formats the SSD and enables TRIM, which can seem overwhelming. All my documents and photos are in the cloud, so it was easy. I did a fresh install to keep everything simple and fresh. Watch some YouTube videos to prepare. I installed this SSD and RAM at the same time. One more thing: Crucial is an American company based in Idaho, and if you have any questions, call them. They are really helpful and you can talk to a friendly person! That's really rare these days!
