I thought I knew how wide a watch strap should be, so I didn't measure it. Big mistake on my part! I ordered an 18mm strap but I need a 20mm strap. And then life happened and I didn't bother to return it in time. I think I have other watches that fit the 18mm strap so it's not a total loss - they just don't fit the watch I bought them for. Overall it was easy to install, easy to adjust to my wrist - I'll probably just order a second one to match the watch I was going to order it for.
