Review on EXERPEUTIC Inversion Table: AIRSOFT NO PINCH Ankle Holders, SURELOCK Safety Ratchet System & Lumbar Support! by Travis Filippi

This is my first inversion table. (I used to use a yoga headstand chair, but it started bothering my shoulders.) The benefits of inversion are numerous and include reducing lymphatic congestion.I chose this table over the less expensive, Walmart Choice table for the soft ankle grips and lumbar support. The package is large and heavy. Although it stayed in the rain for a few hours before I got home and the box had a few punctures from handling during shopping, the contents were dry and undamaged. All parts were accounted for and assembly was very easy. I am a 58yo, 5'1, 115lb woman and I had it assembled in about 45 minutes, with unpacking and unwrapping included. The hardware kit comes with everything you need, but I would suggest using your own ratcheted sockets to save time and to properly tighten. Directions were sufficient. Before throwing away or burning the box, I would suggest cutting off and saving the serial number and shipping label. One star off because it does not fold well, even if the adjustable boom is removed, and an adjustable headrest would aid in proper balancing for short people! Overall, impressed and pleased!I do not even use the lumbar support, much more comfortable without it, for me.
