Great repair management program - long learning curve

I like how easy it was to create an account and get started with repairs.

The customer service can be slow at times but you will eventually find someone who helps quickly! There are many different ways to organize your information (i.e., reports) so finding what works best for you might take some time. It's good if you need multiple levels of access because there is more than one way to do things in this system. We use it primarily as our dispatch/work orders software since we have several employees working from home during COVID.

Pros
  • Very simple interface that anyone could figure out
  • Mobile accessible very important given most people work remotely now, including us.
  • Great client support through chat or email when needed..or both!! :) Our questions were answered every single day without issue until recently where they seem overwhelmed by their clients needs...but hopefully still improving daily.....They provide all services necessary within 1 hour response average..and often sooner..which has been extremely helpful over these
