Left earbud not working after 24 hours of ownership

The left earbud was working when I first took it out of the box and it wasn't fully charged. The next morning, after fully charging and turning it on for a run, the left one didn't work and the right one skipped the music a couple of times. On a walk with my dog, who loves to pull, stuck in my ears = 2 stars. Disappointed that they don't work.
