I don't quite understand why people are dissatisfied with this bag. The one I received was fully true to size (maybe it's because I'm shorter than a human being?) and measurements are given in the description and photos. No, this is not a very good school bag for heavy textbooks and a laptop. The quality seems really amazing for the price and it has plenty of pockets and storage space. Yes, the ribbon is brown. But you can see it in the pictures guys! Personally, I am very happy about this particular bag purchase and am actually hard to please when it comes to handbags. Basic thumbs up on this one.
