Review on Ultimate Water Purification: CuZn UC 200 Under Counter Filter by Douglas Jakab

I don't know what to think of this filter. I connected this filter directly to the Avalon Water Cooler Dispenser. I didn't pay attention at first, but some members of my family started noticing some small white particles in the water. I'm really not sure what to think of this. I know the water has normal minerals in it and I think there are tiny white things in the water and I know it's normal, but the water that comes out of this filter has some BIG particles floating around. I added this filter. about three months, so I know it's not carbon or anything. I have a Nuvo H2O whole house water softener and I'm not sure if these particles have anything to do with it, I'm really not sure. The point is that this filter is supposed to FILTER everything that's dirty and I should be getting crystal clear water, at least clean water, but that's not the case. I posted a photo of the white particles. I was able to grab one and it looks like gelatin. It is soft and easily disintegrates when squeezed with fingers. Does anyone have an answer to this?
