First of all. I like the opener. But the charger is defective. I've had it for 3 months and the charging light has gone out. According to the instructions, it should blink and then turn green. Well, the lights go out after a while. You have to move the opener in the charger for the light to come on again. Then it turns off again. In any case, Waring gave me a repair shop to fix it and they footed the bill. NO! The mechanic said Waring told him to turn off the light and there was no problem with the opener. So the shop made me pay $50 to get it back. The directions don't say that. I'm still in contact with Revane to try and resolve the issue.
