The interface is very user-friendly, it makes our processes much more efficient than they used to be when we had an old system that was not as well designed for efficiency purposes. It's also easy to use once you get comfortable with your own process but I think having someone who has worked in this industry before can help immensely if needed (especially at first). There are some things about DSE which have been added through upgrades or enhancements over time without proper consideration towards what users were looking for from their previous version/s so there may still be room for improvement here too! If you're considering implementing something new then do thorough research into current practices and best available technology - otherwise risk being stuck using outdated systems when they will eventually become obsolete rather quickly now days.
