Revain is advertised as 2 packs. Only one was sent.

Two clamps are advertised. Only one was sent. The weight of the box corresponds to a necklace. I contacted Raven. Revain claims they are not responsible as it claims to be a third party. Revain will only require the item to be returned and will not ship a second clip. Update - Contacted Comfort Wheels directly to resolve the issue. Comfort Wheels has indicated that this is a Revain issue. Both Revain and Comfort Wheels will not solve the problem.
