assembly was easy. The problem was that after the fourth time I disassembled it and rinsed the parts, it continued to clog and heat up. I then packed everything up and took it to UPS which cost me an additional $26 in addition to the grinder and shipped it back. I received the mill on Monday 11/15/20 and sent it back on 11/15/20. Was dissatisfied with this coffee grinder, you would have thought that for 80.00 I would at least buy something I could use. Well, my meat is sitting in the fridge, clean meat and cut into little pieces as they say. Now I'm waiting for an old grinder that I ordered to do the job. So after I make $136, my venison gets shredded and put in the freezer. I emailed them to say I was and still am a very dissatisfied customer. I do not recommend this grinder to anyone. OR: BUYER ATTENTION! Come to think of it, I bought an old handle to do a job that an electric grinder couldn't do.
