I like this backpack. I've had one for years and didn't want to replace it, but eventually the wear and tear got out of hand. I was sure that I would not find another that I would like as much. However, I received this last week and it has all the pockets I would have liked. I like the big hole at the top. It has my computer, all my exam papers (I'm a teacher, there are always lots of papers), my calendar, pens, etc. I can attach my travel mug to one side and my wallet and keys to the front. So I don't need any other bags. It is very comfortable. The first day I brought it in, a couple of people filled it up and someone came up to me from across the room and asked where I got it, and now she ordered it too. Can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a week, but it made a good first impression on me.
