This hot stapler is identical to the previous one and has multiple reviews. The only difference is that this hot stapler has 800 staples and the other only has 600 staples. I used this item to repair a BMW bumper cover and it worked fine. The unit features adjustable temperature settings with a low-profile gun for working in hard-to-reach places. There was a good selection of staples. The staples were a bit difficult to align in the gun due to the small holes, but I'm getting better at it over time. The clips heated up very quickly when the trigger was pressed and went into the plastic easily. Be sure to rotate each bracket at the end to ensure it is properly attached. I am very happy with my purchase, although I am deducting 1 star because the manufacturer's contact details are not listed in the warranty or support guide. Incidentally, the instruction manual is also identical to the one (without contacting the manufacturer) that came with another unit sold on Revain that I originally bought and returned.
