SOMEWHAT EFFICIENT: Dogs

I bought three units. I hung one on each side of my front yard and my dog stopped barking whatever went by. I placed the third block facing my neighbor's yard/patio. His two dogs bark constantly. The device had no effect on my neighbors' dogs, which were only 25 to 30 feet away from me. [Advertised up to 50 feet?] The units are powered by a 9-volt battery that now sells for $5 a piece. And they only last a few months. I had to buy hanging brackets because. Blocks cannot be fixed / suspended for optimal anti-bark frequency directional distribution.
