Stitching coming loose immediately

The balance beam part of this product is fine. but the storage part is not. The stitching on the velcro that holds it together is immediately coming loose and one of the handles is already broken so that you can not use it. I was very disappointed. My granddaughter has had it 2 days and this is already happening!
