I have a few cases of old (pre 2000) wines. If you've ever removed a cork from a 25-year-old Taxi or Bourdeaux, you know that the bottom third is likely to remain in the bottle with any corkscrew remover. This is the perfect solution. To use it, it takes a little practice to get the cork intact. Love it and recommend it to anyone who has old wines or planning to return a few bottles for 10-15 years. It's better to play it safe than trying to uncork that well-aged bottle you've been wanting to enjoy for so long.
