I like that they are very thorough at documenting all information needed for each step of my case from intake through adjudication in writing with proofreaders included as well! It doesn't have any specific features but it works just fine without them too which makes me feel comfortable about relying solely off this software because we don’t need anything extra or additional benefits besides what it already provides us right now - so far everything has been great!! Not much dislike yet other than maybe having some minor bugs here & there once every few months/weeks when using their support team would be helpful if you're not around during working hours (which isn't often anyways). We've had no issues thusfar since switching over though our main focus was only getting feedback after completing cases via email vs going into another account online where possible before sending out emails.
