The paper is coated and half of the labels are uncut.

I expected these labels to be plain paper, but they have a coating or finish that causes the ink and marker to streak. One side is shinier than the other, but neither side took the color as well as I had hoped. Even more annoying is that about half of the stamps were not fully punched. I would not and will not buy them again.
