So CRAZY! Revain sent them to me in a BAG (BAG!). They came with one of the shoes that was smashed in the side by something very heavy that had been sitting on it for a while and that is why the shoe doesn't stay straight, nor does the insole. It will not lie flat in the shoe. Also, these shoes look so cheap. I've seen better shoes at Dollar General. These shoes don't look like they appear online, the silver stands out by making it look very tacky and cheap and the logos, which you probably won't see online, make you think they're barely noticeable. SHOWS great time on shoes. So for your money and time reading reviews. I have 1 cheap Chinese sticky, no vault, flat, hard, no pillow feel at all when you leave.
