Paring Knife, use the tip to start cutting the friut
When they first arrived, I really was not sure about them, the blade of the fruit paring knife was not sharp, except the tip, while using it I figured the tip was where you start to cut into the fruit, with ease. With others you use the entire knife.I like it.

- This is a good product nice and Sharp cuts right through steak like butter.

- The lightweight design of the knives can feel flimsy and unstable in the hand
