The best part about working at DG&S is that I am able to work in a very fast paced environment which allows me to get my job done efficiently. I dislike the fact that there are not enough opportunities for advancement within the firm. There is no way to move up unless you have an extremely good connection or have worked at the firm for a long time. This makes it difficult for employees to earn more money. The attorneys also do not seem to care much about the staff members as they don't tend to take them under consideration when making decisions. If you want to be challenged and enjoy a high level of responsibility, this is the place for you. It gives me the opportunity to help people solve their problems by using my legal knowledge.
