I bought these compression shorts when I was increasing my weekly mileage and was starting to get hip pain. Quality at the highest level. They are woven in several different directions and the compression that follows will be much tighter than what you have experienced with smaller pieces. I can double my mileage by wearing them the next day with less pain. I also use their calf compression sleeves. Quality at the highest level. They are a bit warm to wear in summer. I have no hesitation in recommending Zensah products. They are expensive but worth every penny.
