I like that you can easily customize what to check for in terms of spam/malware etc..it's easy enought with their training material as well! Nothing really but they do have great tutorials if needed (although not difficult).

It is very customizable so it works best when one has good technical knowledge which we all don't necessarily possess at this time!! We're looking into other options right now though because there are some limitations within CSN compared ot others such an anti-virus software or webmail services out side our network - however most people use them already anyways therefore its more hassle than anything else since IT admins tend work outside anyway :).
